A cup of thanks

Are we truly only 18 days until 2022?

Where did that time go?

During this time last year, I was contemplating whether I should create a website with a blog. After some deep reflection and encouragement from a friend (Thanks Don!), I took the leap and created something that I could call my own. A space that I could write whilst amplifying the voices of others.

I remember the first step being very hard. It took took a lot more courage than I thought to put myself out there but I am so glad I did. I finally owned my writing and what an incredible journey it has been!

Did you know that the most popular article was celebrating MLK and reflecting a Woman’s Worth? The most liked was in fact on Tips on overcoming the challenges of Intermittent Fasting. This tells me that many of you are on the IF journey and I look forward to sharing and restarting that journey with you in the next couple of weeks.

The post I found most difficult to write was about my sister Navy in Grief and Joy, like the Moon and Sun. Based on some of the feedback I have received, it was also the one that helped the most.

What were some of your favorite posts?

Regardless of what journey you are on, thank you for taking it with me through your comments, likes and subscription. Every article posted on this site was crafted from the heart,  filled with love and authenticity.

I APPRECIATE you and if you would like to support my writing, you can do so by buying me a cup of coffee :).

Or drop me a line, telling me what topics you would like me to write more about. I am also open to guest posts and helping a fellow blogger.

Together we can continue to make a difference, one post at a time.
